Refund & Return Policy
All items are sold as collectible toy blasters for recreational purposes only.
Please read carefully before placing your order:
1. **Order Confirmation & Inspection**
Please double-check your order model, accessories and quantity before checkout. Once payment is confirmed, order changes may not be available.
2. **Returns Eligibility**
- For orders delivered to the European Union, United Kingdom and Mexico: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days starting from the date you receive the package. This period will be extended to exclude weekends and public holidays.
- For all other regions: Returns are only accepted within 7 calendar days after you receive the package.
Items for return must be unused, unmodified, with all original packaging and parts intact. Any scratched, painted, disassembled or damaged items due to customer misuse cannot be returned.
3. **Return Shipping Cost**
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
4. **Restocking Fee**
A restocking fee of 15% of the product value will be deducted from your refund after returned goods inspection, to cover inspection, repackaging and handling costs.
5. **Refund Process**
After we receive and verify the returned product meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment account. The refund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
6. **Damaged & Defective Items**
If the product arrives broken or defective caused by factory quality or transit damage, please send clear photos/videos of the package and defects within 48 hours upon delivery. We will evaluate and offer solutions such as replacement parts, partial refund or reshipment. We do not accept claims after 48 hours.
7. **Exclusions**
Custom upgraded parts, separate aftermarket accessories are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for items damaged by improper assembly, wrong operation, modification or normal wear and tear.
8. **Cancellation**
Unshipped orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is treated as a return and subject to our return rules above.
9. **International Customs & Duties**
We cover all import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees for our shipments. We will handle customs clearance for the package. However, buyers must cooperate and provide necessary documents required by local customs. We are not liable for package seizure, detention or confiscation caused by buyer’s failure to provide required documents or violation of local laws.
10. **Age Requirement & Local Law Disclaimer**
This product is an adult recreational collectible toy, only for buyers aged 18+. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm that purchasing, importing, possessing and using this toy complies with all local laws in your country/region. By placing an order, you confirm you understand and accept local regulations. We take no responsibility for any legal troubles arising from purchase or possession.
11. **Risk of Loss in Transit**
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, risk of loss, theft or transit damage transfers to the buyer. We will assist with logistics investigation, but we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels in transit unless we select the insured shipping option together.
